NIGHTHAWK PRODUCT WARRANTIES


We want our customers to enjoy using our products and hope to see our gear used to its full potential.  We offer a 90-day warranty on all LED lights and a six-month warranty on all NightHawk gaiters.  Please be aware that all warranties are only provided within the United States and Canada and are excluded for any of the following:

  • Normal wear and tear;

  • Products that have been handled against their intended use, involved in accidents, or defaced;

  • User-created damages like rips, tears, burns, or holes;

  • Lost, stolen or discarded product.

Please include the following within your email to support@nighthawkboots.com:

1. Product information

  • Product name, color, and size

  • Approximate date of purchase (2022, Spring of 2022, etc)

2. Personal information:

  • Name (First and Last)

  • Full Shipping Address (Including City, State/Province, Zip)

  • Phone and email address

3. Briefly description of warranty issue:

  • Buckles do not work, seam delimitation, LED light malfunctioning, etc.

  • Attach an appropriate image of the issue as well as an image of the item laid out flat

Please allow up to 10 business days for response times for warranty claims.

RETURNS

All items purchased on our website can be returned within 10 calendar days from the date the items are delivered.  All returned items must be in original packaging and unused. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for a return. All returned or refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking charge, in addition to both outbound and return freight costs.

 REFUNDS

All returned items will be inspected.  Once inspection is completed, a notification regarding the status and approval of the refund will be sent via email.  A refund will be made to the credit card or original method of payment used for the purchase.  Depending on the policies of the credit card company, an appropriate amount will be credited back to the credit card account.

SHIPPING COSTS

All shipping costs are nonrefundable.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
